Mr. Ireland has the experience in the following property types to meet the competency provision requirements of USPAP.  Analysis and appraisal of residential, commercial, industrial and special purpose properties, including single family residential, 2-4 unit residential, residential subdivisions, PUDs, business parks, condominiums, apartments, shopping centers, single & multi-tenant retail centers, single & multi-tenant office buildings, mini-warehouses, industrial/flex warehouses, self-storage warehouse and industrial warehouses.  Mr. Ireland also performs tax appeal, divorce, estate and partial interest appraisals, working with some of the areas top legal professionals.
